Verify with your work email. Once you're in, products you add are marked as coming from Rolex, and only your team can add new ones under its name.
Rolex is verified through rolex.com. Use an address there, or at one of its subdomains.
Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and similar) can't verify a brand.
