Claim Microsoft

Verify with your work email. Once you're in, products you add are marked as coming from Microsoft, and only your team can add new ones under its name.

Microsoft is verified through microsoft.com. Use an address there, or at one of its subdomains.

Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and similar) can't verify a brand.
